Design
Designing a radiant heated driveway, walkway, or balcony requires extensive infrastructure review and planning. Within the design area we can walk you through a base design for your project and also provide you a base budgetary number for your consideration.
Once you consider whether the projected cost is within your set budget for the project, then a proposal can be sent to you for your review and signature.a This is normally reserved for smaller projects (i.e. a standard single car driveway, a balcony or a basic set of radiant heated tire tracks).
For larger or more intricate Radiant Heated Driveways, we will arrange for a walk through at the project site. A site survey fee is required.
Base pricing by telephone or email using the design calculators and databases is based on the availability of at least one of the following criteria for review.
- The project site can entirely be seen using Google Earth.
- Either Architect or Engineering plans are available for review.
- A base line drawing of the driveway length, width, width changes, drains, meter location, electrical panel location, electrical panel size, aggregate, direction of North, prior problem areas of snow drifts, ice traction location problems and elevations if relevant is provided.
